Pörner Group in Romania receives Turn-key contract for a LPG loading station

In August 2013 S.C. POERNER ROMANIA S.R.L., the Romanian subsidiary of Pörner Group in Ploiesti, was awarded with the design and supply of a truck loading station for liquid petrol gas (LPG). The LPG-Unit is to be erected in PETROM-refinery at Petrobrazi, Romania. The startup is scheduled for first quarter of 2015. The unit enables the simultaneous LPG loading of two trucks with a total capacity of 50m³/h.

This Turn-key contract for Pörner Romania contains authority engineering, basic and detail engineering as well as procurement, project management, site supervision and commissioning. The value of order amounts to 4.6 Mio. €.

Within seven years since its founding Pörner Romania developed to an accountable engineering specialist for gas treatment. There are 50 engineers and specialists of all engineering disciplines currently employed in Ploiesti to process full scope engineering contracts. This is the third LPG-loading contract within two years. In summer 2012 a LPG-unit was successfully handed over as EPCM-contractor.
