EDL Anlagenbau is going to reach new heights after   successful separation from RWE. The acquisition in January 2003 by the Pörner Group, a typical medium-sized company with a view to foreign markets, turned out to be very positive. The company keeps growing. The process department became the process competence centre of the Pörner Group which gives even greater support to the conventional engineering and plant construction business for the chemical and petrochemical sectors. “We have staffed this competence centre with both younger and older, experienced employees whose qualification, creativity and determination for performance makes it possible to provide  solutions that meet the needs of  customers“, said Gerhard Moser, CEO of EDL.

As Moser stated it: We want to shape the future together with our customers and develop cutting-edge technologies to be implemented efficiently. The strategic consequence of this development is the establishment and expansion of a process competence centre.
