Young talent. At Pörner.

Supporting young engineers is important to us. We offer internships and supervision for final theses to help young people transition from education to the workforce.

We also regularly attend career fairs at technical colleges and universities, where we give topic-specific presentations to provide insights into everyday working life and our projects. This allows us to establish connections early on, promote young talent, and support them in successfully starting their careers in plant engineering.
